Resource usage is simple and predictable. You choose the CPU, memory, and storage you want, and those
resources are fully allocated to your VDC from day one. If you scale up or down during the month, billing
adjusts only for the difference — prorated to the exact time those changes are in effect.
All services are billed monthly, with payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or ACH. Your invoice
will clearly reflect the resources you've allocated — along with any prorated adjustments from scaling up
or down during the month.
Yes. Flexibility is a core principle of the platform. You can increase or reduce resources at any time,
and changes take effect immediately.
No. All services are month-to-month with no long-term commitments or cancellation penalties. KorGrid bills
only for CPU, memory, and storage. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or usage penalties.
Every Virtual Data Center includes support, maintenance, and built-in storage replication to a secondary
cluster at no additional cost. For Hypervisor Replication customers, the KorGrid copy serves as your
secondary instance, following your chosen snapshot retention policy.
If you choose to cancel, all data in your Virtual Data Center is securely deleted within seven days.
Backup snapshots may remain in our retention systems for up to twelve months before being fully purged.
KorGrid also offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you're not satisfied, you may cancel within the
first month for a full refund.
